Information we collect
Website visitors
- Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are viewed, which main buttons are clicked, where visits come from, the type of device and browser, and approximate location (country and city). Analytics cookies are set only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and Google receives only cookieless, anonymous signals (Google Consent Mode). Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, and you can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
- Messages you send us. When you email us or use a form on our site, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company and message.
- Meeting bookings. “Book a call” opens our scheduling page hosted by HubSpot, where you enter your name and email address to book a time with us.
- Full Vision. Our self-assessment tool at https://fullvision.fullvio.com has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use it.
Information from connected Google/YouTube accounts
Our publishing tool “Fullvio AJAJ” connects to the YouTube account that belongs to Fullvio. With the owner’s permission it can upload videos and read basic channel and video statistics (such as view and like counts) for videos Fullvio itself published. It does not access the data of other YouTube users.
How we use information
- To publish Fullvio’s own videos to Fullvio’s own YouTube channel.
- To measure how those videos perform, so we can improve our content.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
- To respond to messages and meeting requests sent to us.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Under the GDPR we rely on your consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), on steps taken at your request before a possible contract when you contact us or book a call (Art. 6(1)(b)), and on our legitimate interest in running and measuring our own publishing channels and answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
YouTube and Google API Services
Fullvio AJAJ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is used only to provide and improve the publishing and reporting features described above, is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or to comply with law, and is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
By using these features you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Storage and retention
Access tokens for connected accounts are stored in encrypted credential storage in our automation platform and are used only by our publishing workflows. Statistics we read about our own videos are stored in our private workspace.
We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes. Messages and contact details are kept for the duration of our cooperation and at most 24 months after it ends, unless the law requires longer. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and these tools, under their terms, or when the law requires it. These are Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (analytics and the YouTube API), HubSpot (meeting scheduling), our web hosting provider and our automation provider. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Your rights, choices and deletion
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, or to ask us to delete information we hold about you, email fullvio@fullvio.com. We respond within one month.
The owner of a connected Google account can revoke Fullvio AJAJ’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which we can no longer access that account.
You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, https://dataprotection.gov.sk.
